                                    I have no complaints with anyone It was always with myself I had problems. This was the sentence Rohit Vermula mentioned in his suicide note. He was born with poor family and faced too many problems. He always used to say that there is something lacking in the authorities which does not provide proper justice to Dalits. He also mentions that he wanted to become a writer, writer of science like Carl Sagan and that can be seen in his writing as he was a research student.                               Hyderabad Central university located at Hyderabad has been in news headlines after a suicide of PHD scholar Rohit Vermula. The university is seen as the major platform for the politics as many political activities are being held due to some students associations and political peoples interference in the university.                              ASA (Ambedkar Students Association) is the student organization working for Dalit and minority students for their rights. Rohit Vermula who hanged himself on Sunday evening was an active member of ASA at Hyderabad Central University. The association was found by the PHD scholar Rajashekhar in 1993.The association works on various issue of Dalit and Minority students. In the early period of 90’s University had many issue with ragging and some other issues with Dalits but ASA developed reputation for responding aggressively.
